Requesting a return
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return for an eligible item. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us and receive instructions before mailing anything back.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution.
Return shipping and refunds
For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges and any non-refundable fees may not be refundable where permitted by law. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the return or claim has been reviewed.
